1. General Information
-
All treatments are carried out by trained, qualified medical professionals in accordance with UK medical aesthetic standards.
-
Treatments are subject to individual suitability and clinical assessment. Final decisions regarding treatment eligibility rest with the practitioner.
-
Results may vary between individuals, and no guarantees are made regarding expected outcomes.
2. Consultations
-
All patients must undergo a consultation before treatment to ensure suitability.
-
Consultations may be charged or complimentary, as stated at the time of booking.
-
You must disclose all relevant medical information during your consultation, including medications, allergies, and health conditions.
3. Treatment Appointments
-
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
-
Final prices will be confirmed during your in-person consultation prior to treatment.
-
The practitioner reserves the right to decline or delay treatment if it is deemed not in your best interest or unsafe at the time of your appointment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
You must give at least 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
-
Failure to provide 7 days' notice may result in loss of your booking fee or full charge for the missed appointment.
-
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur; any exceptions are made at the discretion of the practitioner.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction
-
We aim to ensure that all patients are satisfied with their treatment outcomes. Any concerns should be raised during your follow-up appointment, where we will assess and address them as appropriate.
-
Treatments are non-refundable once administered. However, we are committed to working with you to achieve the best possible results within the bounds of safety and professional ethics.
6. Follow-Up Appointments
-
Follow-up reviews may be scheduled 2–4 weeks post-treatment, depending on the procedure performed.
-
If additional product or treatment is required, this may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed at the time of review.
7. Patient Responsibilities
-
You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner.
-
You must inform us of any side effects or concerns following treatment promptly.
-
You are responsible for ensuring you arrive on time to your appointments. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or cancellation.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
-
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
-
Your personal data will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing aesthetic services, treatment planning, and clinic communication.
-
For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the highest level of care, all treatments carry risks, which will be explained during your consultation.
-
By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you understand the potential risks and outcomes.
-
We are not liable for any adverse events that arise due to undisclosed medical history or failure to follow aftercare advice.
