General
We kindly ask that all clients provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients and manage our schedule efficiently.
If less than 7 days’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, the full cost of the treatment booked will be charged. This includes cases where a deposit was paid, as the remaining balance will still apply.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will always aim to be fair—but repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
